<p>Must Have Technical/Functional Skills</p> <p>Scrum Master</p> <p>Business Analysis</p> <p>Good presentation skills( Prepare decks)</p> <p>Roles & Responsibilities</p> <p>The Scrum Master / Business Analyst serves as a dual-function leader within an Agile Scrum team, responsible for facilitating Scrum ceremonies while also driving business analysis activities that ensure delivery of high-value, well-defined solutions. This role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and the delivery team, ensuring clarity of requirements, alignment to business goals, and adherence to Agile best practices.</p> <p>Generic Managerial Skills, If any</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <p>Scrum Master Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives </li><li>Coach the Scrum team on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and continuous improvement </li><li>Remove impediments and blockers that impact team progress and delivery </li><li>Protect the team from external distractions and scope creep </li><li>Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and transparency </li><li>Track and communicate sprint progress, velocity, and delivery risks </li><li>Partner with Product Owner to support backlog readiness and sprint planning </li></ul> <p>Business Analyst Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Collaborate with stakeholders to define scope, priorities, and success metrics </li><li>Support backlog refinement by ensuring stories are well-groomed and ready for development </li></ul> <p>Collaboration & Stakeholder Management</p> <ul> <li>Serve as a primary liaison between business stakeholders, Product Owner, and the Scrum team </li><li>Ensure alignment between business objectives and technical implementation </li><li>Communicate status, risks, and dependencies clearly and proactively </li><li>Support change management by helping stakeholders understand impacts and trade-offs </li></ul> <p>Salary Range: $100,000 to $120,000 per year</p>
