<p>#Under the supervision of a RN and according to established practices and procedures, the Patient Care Assistant, PCA (otherwise known as Certified Nurse Assistants or CNA) facilitates the provision of patient care by performing specific tasks and support functions as delegated by the Staff RN or LPN. Completion of an approved nurse aid (CNA) training course required#OR one semester of a clinical nursing course. High school diploma or equivalent required.
