Xponential's portfolio of brands includes Club Pilates, the largest Pilates brand in the United States; StretchLab, a concept offering one-on-one and group stretching services; YogaSix, one of the largest franchised yoga brands in the United States; Pure Barre, a total body workout that uses the ballet barre to perform small isometric movements, and one of the largest Barre brand in the United States; BFT, a functional training and strength-based program; and Lindora, a provider of medically guided wellness and metabolic health solutions.</p> <p>Summary</p> <p>We are looking for a creative, organized, and brand-savvy Social Media Specialist to support the digital presence of multiple brands under our company portfolio. This role will play a key part in executing content strategies, creating platform-specific content, monitoring performance, and engaging with diverse audiences. Reporting directly to the Social Media Manager, the Social Media Specialist will work collaboratively across teams to help build strong, consistent, and distinct brand voices across all social media platforms.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Support the execution of tailored social media strategies for each brand within our portfolio. </li><li>Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (images, videos, copy) across social platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and others, based on each brand's unique tone and goals. </li><li>Maintain and organize content calendars across multiple brands, ensuring alignment with campaigns, promotions, and seasonal themes. </li><li>Monitor engagement, track and analyze social media performance across all brands, and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations. </li><li>Stay up to date on platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices, and apply them appropriately per brand. </li><li>Collaborate with internal creative, marketing and brand teams to align messaging and ensure visual consistency. </li><li>Manage social media asset libraries and ensure brand consistency across platforms </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $57,000-$70,000</p> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Role has opportunity for bonus. </li><li>Medical, Dental and Vision benefits </li><li>This role is eligible for a monthly cell phone allowance </li><li>Empower is our 401k company.
