<p>Hadco Construction is seeking a knowledgeable and detail-oriented Development Estimator to join our team in Lehi, UT. This role is focused on preparing accurate proposals and cost estimates for residential and commercial site development projects.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for excavation, utilities, and other site development scopes </li><li>Review plans, specifications, and proposals to determine project requirements </li><li>Coordinate with operations and project teams to ensure estimates align with field execution </li><li>Track and analyze historical data to improve accuracy and competitiveness </li><li>Use B2W and earthwork calculation software (INSITE & AGTEK) to support estimating processes </li><li>Maintain vendor and subcontractor relationships to gather pricing and scope details </li></ul> <p>What We're Looking For</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in civil construction estimating, preferably in site development </li><li>Strong understanding of excavation, utilities, and other related scopes </li><li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with B2W, INSITE, AGTEK, and ComputerEase preferred </li><li>Ability to manage multiple estimates at once and meet deadlines </li><li>High level of integrity and strong communication skills </li><li>Must be at least 18 years of age and able to pass a drug screen </li></ul>
