<p>Job Summary:</p> <p>As a Baker/Opener at Dunkin', you are responsible for baking and preparing a variety of bakery products to ensure the freshest quality for our guests. You will be the first to arrive at the store, preparing for the day's operations and setting the tone for excellent service. This is a key role in our daily success.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Arrive early to begin daily baking and food prep duties </li><li>Bake and finish all bakery products including donuts, muffins, and bagels to company standards </li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of baking and kitchen areas </li><li>Ensure all food safety and sanitation standards are met </li><li>Stock and prepare food items for peak business hours </li><li>Assist with opening the store, setting up front-of-house equipment, and preparing the store for customers </li><li>Monitor inventory levels and communicate needs to management </li><li>Follow all recipes, portioning, and presentation guidelines </li><li>Support team members during busy periods as needed </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Early riser with reliable transportation and punctuality </li><li>Ability to work early morning shifts (start times as early as 1AM-3AM) </li><li>Prior baking or food service experience preferred, but not required </li><li>Able to follow directions, procedures, and safety protocols </li><li>Strong work ethic and attention to detail </li><li>Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive pay </li><li>Flexible scheduling </li><li>Opportunities for advancement </li><li>Training provided </li></ul> <p>Join our Dunkin' team and help us deliver smiles-one donut at a time!</p>
