Dream big and create the future of mobility at Magna Powertrain.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field). </li><li>Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in maintenance engineering within automotive or high-volume manufacturing. </li><li>Documented success in developing and sustaining preventative and predictive maintenance programs and systems. </li><li>Experience in launching new maintenance systems from scratch or overhauling underperforming programs. </li><li>Background in IATF 16949, considered an asset. </li><li>Strong familiarity with CMMS tools (e.g., SAP PM, FIIX). </li><li>Excellent understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical systems. </li><li>Working knowledge of TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and other reliability-focused methodologies. </li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. </li><li>Able to work independently and drive results with minimal supervision </li></ul> <p>Awareness, Unity, Empowerment:</p> <p>At Magna, we believe that a diverse workforce is critical to our success.
