<p>Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a senior, client-facing Client Lead to manage third-party onboarding across North America within the RIO Programme.</p> <p>Summary: This role serves as the primary point of contact for clients and external partners, translating current-state operating models into a target-state framework on the IMOS platform. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in custody environments, strong knowledge of SWIFT messaging, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced change delivery environment. This Boston-based role collaborates closely with a global team, including offshore partners in India and leadership in the UK.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and third parties throughout onboarding </li><li>Manage relationships with custodians, transfer agents, fund administrators, brokers, counterparties, and collateral managers </li><li>Clearly define scope, timelines, sequencing, and success criteria for onboarding </li><li>Lead full lifecycle onboarding including intake, due diligence, connectivity setup, testing, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization </li><li>Ensure proper documentation, evidence capture, and contingency/backout planning </li><li>Partner with Product, Operations, Technology, Testing, and Reference Data teams </li><li>Ensure alignment across trade lifecycle processes, including cash management and corporate actions </li><li>Oversee SWIFT and SFTP connectivity design and certification </li><li>Resolve non-standard messaging formats and integration challenges </li><li>Manage UAT cycles, including planning, execution, and defect resolution </li><li>Maintain dashboards, KPIs, and reporting metrics to track onboarding progress </li><li>Provide clear, concise updates in daily governance forums </li><li>Identify, escalate, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies* 10+ years of experience in financial services, with a focus on onboarding, operations, or change delivery </li><li>Strong ability to manage multiple conflicting priorities in a fast-paced environment </li><li>Proven experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication and presentation skills </li><li>Deep understanding of custody environments, including processes, controls, and service models </li><li>Expertise in SWIFT messaging and connectivity solutions </li><li>Strong knowledge of the full trade lifecycle, cash management, and corporate actions </li></ul>
