You will collaborate with four Stewardship colleagues, your manager and various other entities to develop and execute positive, long-term giving experiences for donors. In this role, you have the ability to innovate and test new methods of donor engagement.</p> <p>A caregiver in this position works remotely out of Northeast Ohio, Monday - Friday from 8:00AM - 5:00PM.</p> <p>A caregiver who excels in this role will:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Develop expertise to lead a focused development program.</p> </li><li> <p>Create, develop and execute donor communications and engagement plans, projects or programs.</p> </li><li> <p>Coordinate donor interests with the priorities of the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist in fundraising initiatives, programs and events in alignment with the Philanthropy Institute's goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Proactively innovate within area of responsibility and approach work with a continuous improvement mindset.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.</p> </li><li> <p>Provide various support activities for the fundraising team, including writing, gathering research and compiling other information that may aid in the fundraising process.</p> </li></ul> <p>Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Bachelor's Degree</p> </li><li> <p>One year of experience in Development Communications, Sales, Marketing or another related field, with an emphasis on building relationships</p> </li><li> <p>Strong interpersonal, organization/project management and oral/written communication skills</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent organization/project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple, simultaneous priorities</p> </li><li> <p>Experience keeping project teams on task</p> </li><li> <p>Familiar with the measures of communication and engagement success and the use of related data to drive strategies</p> </li><li> <p>Versatile, accurate, adaptable writing skills with proofing/editing experience</p> </li><li> <p>Team contributor - thrives when working in partnership with others</p> </li><li> <p>Extreme attention to detail, including an appreciation for data integrity</p> </li><li> <p>High degree of professionalism, independence, maturity, confidence and tact</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Knowledge of fundraising platforms (such as Classy, Raiser's Edge, One Cause), Excel</p> </li><li> <p>Experience using a CRM database</p> </li><li> <p>Knowledge of Tableau</p> </li></ul> <p>Physical Requirements:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Ability to perform work in a stationary position for extended periods.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to operate a computer and other office equipment.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to travel throughout the hospital system.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information.</p> </li></ul> <p>Personal Protective Equipment:</p> <ul> <li>Follows Standard Precautions using personal protective equipment as required for procedures. </li></ul> <p>Pay Range</p> <p>Minimum Annual Salary: $47,530.00</p> <p>Maximum Annual Salary: $72,475.00</p> <p>The pay range displayed on this job posting reflects the anticipated range for new hires.
