NOTE: Other duties may be assigned as needed.</p> <ul> <li>Learn to operate and maintain mechanical and electrical systems safely and efficiently. </li><li>Work with maintenance staff to perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs. </li><li>Participate in scheduled preventive maintenance activities to ensure the longevity and efficiency of equipment. </li><li>Keep accurate records of maintenance activities, tool usage along with housekeeping. </li><li>Ensure inventory of necessary parts is maintained. Order and stock spare parts, maintenance supplies, and similar items. </li><li>Read and interpret documents and manuals related to facility's structures and equipment. </li><li>Inspect equipment on a regular schedule to ensure equipment is functioning properly and safely per company and federal/state safety requirements. Research and make recommendations of equipment/parts purchases. </li><li>Maintain necessary records and paperwork. </li><li>Interact and communicate with clients and co-workers in a professional and appropriate manner and respond to and give feedback in a respectful and positive manner. </li><li>Support team efforts, actively work to generate respect and enthusiasm, cooperate with others, and actively learn from other team members. </li><li>Reports to work on time prepared to perform the duties of the position and willing to perform the duties as workload necessitates. </li><li>Employee shall comply with applicable regulatory and company health, safety, environmental, and security requirements.
