<p>Kforce has a client that is seeking a Junior PM in Miami, FL.</p> <p>Summary: We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the planning, coordination, and execution of projects across cross-functional teams. This role will assist senior project managers with day-to-day project activities, documentation, scheduling, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and eager to grow their project management career in a fast-paced environment.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Junior PM will support project planning, scheduling, and tracking of milestones and deliverables </li><li>Assist with project documentation including status reports, meeting notes, and action items </li><li>Coordinate meetings and communicate updates to internal stakeholders </li><li>Track risks, issues, and dependencies and escalate as needed </li><li>As a Junior PM, you will help ensure projects stay on schedule and aligned with scope and objectives </li><li>Maintain project information in project management tools and spreadsheets* 0-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management support </li><li>Strong organizational and time-management skills </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills </li><li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) </li><li>Strong attention to detail and follow-through </li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously </li><li>Willingness to work onsite or hybrid in the Colorado area </li></ul> <p>Preferred Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field </li><li>Exposure to project management tools (Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, or similar) </li><li>Internship or entry-level experience supporting projects </li></ul>
