The Teleservices Representative will receive incoming calls from customers and answering questions regarding new business, issued policies, and claims. Places outbound calls, utilizing a dialer system or manually dialing promoting conversion, retention and customer conservation.</p> <p>Job Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent is required. </li><li>College coursework desirable to obtain familiarity with computers and skills in dealing with the public.
