The best kitchens are built on respect, and relentless goal of excellence.</p> <p>WHAT YOU WILL BE OWNING</p> <ul> <li>Train and mentor all kitchen line associates with plate presentation, and skill they need to grow in their role. </li><li>Evaluate performance and direct your team with confidence. </li><li>Keep communication flowing between Kitchen Management and kitchen associates. </li><li>Take immediate ownership of problems as they arise-no waiting, no hand-offs mentality. </li><li>Ensure every plate is high quality, recipe-true, and expedited smoothly to all outlets. </li><li>Supervise the kitchen in the absence of Executive Chef's. </li><li>Maintain food temperatures records </li><li>Help set goals and standards that build the hotel's prestige and profitability. </li></ul> <p>YOUR BACKGROUND</p> <ul> <li>Hotel kitchen experience is a plus as you must understand the pace, volume, and multi-outlet demands of a hospitality kitchen environment. </li><li>Proven culinary skills across a range of techniques, with a strong command of recipe adherence and food quality standards. </li><li>Experience leading and devloping a kitchen team. </li><li>Deep knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and health code compliance. </li></ul> <p>Benefits:</p> <p>We offer competitive wages.
