<p>Saxon Aerospace is currently hiring an Aerospace Leader (Supplier Recovery) in Southern California.</p> <p>As an Aerospace Leader (Supplier Recovery), you will lead an integrated team to build a comprehensive recovery plan and work transfer plan at the supplier.</p> <p>Aerospace Leader (Supplier Recovery) responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Provide strategic guidance to supplier leadership on how to successfully build and execute a recovery plan that results in long-term production stability </li><li>Establish key milestones and identify potential opportunities, risks and issues </li><li>Track production performance to plan </li><li>Daily meetings with Supplier cross-functional team to determine part delivery status </li></ul> <p>Experience and qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>10+ years' experience as a manager in an aerospace manufacturing and assembly </li><li>Must possess expert manufacturing knowledge and be capable of establishing effective communication across company leaders, supply chain personnel, recovery team members, and company employees. </li></ul> <p>This position must meet (ITAR) export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required.
