<p>Job Summary</p> <p>We are seeking a strategic Manager, Product Manager, Automotive Solutions, to lead the strategy, development, and go to market execution for automotive keys product solutions. This role blends product management leadership across traditional auto keys, transponder keys, and smartfobs. Our solutions involve self-service options, duplication kiosks, and agent-assisted technologies that empowers users to clone or replace car keys in a cost-effective and timely manner.</p> <p>As a key member of our Automotive Solutions team, you will assist with the roadmap, feature set, and go-to-market strategy for our next generation auto key products and solutions.</p> <p>You'll work cross functionally with engineering, industrial design, embedded systems, security, marketing, and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) partners to ensure our auto key solutions meet customer needs, comply with security protocols, and align with the evolving landscape of access technologies.</p> <p>Essential Job Functions *</p> <ul> <li>Product Strategy & Roadmap </li><li>Define and execute the product roadmap for smartfob and keyless instant duplication. </li><li>Stay ahead of emerging technologies in the automotive sector as it relates to keys, smartfobs, and encryption and duplication technologies. </li><li>Customer & Market Insights </li><li>Gather and analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to define product requirements. </li><li>Collaborate with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and aftermarket partners to understand needs and pain points. </li><li>Cross Functional Leadership </li><li>Lead and manage a cross functional team through all stages of the product lifecycle, from concept to launch. </li><li>Collaborate closely with embedded software/hardware teams to define specifications and integration paths. </li><li>Assist with negotiating contracts and partnership agreements with suppliers, vendors, and strategic partners </li><li>Security & Compliance </li><li>Ensure key fob systems adhere to automotive-grade security standards </li><li>Partner with compliance and legal teams to meet regulatory requirements and industry standards. </li><li>Go-To-Market & Lifecycle Management </li><li>Define launch plans, product positioning, pricing strategy, and messaging in partnership with marketing. </li><li>Monitor performance post launch and iterate based on feedback and market response. </li><li>This job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.
