<p>Title: Jr Maintenance Technician</p> <p>Location: Vancouver, WA</p> <p>Pay Rate: $24-26/hr</p> <p>Schedule: Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM</p> <p>We are seeking a Jr Maintenance Technician to join our team in the Maintenance Services Division (MSD). The Jr Maintenance Technician will play a vital role in supporting daily operations and activities, including quality control inspections, tenant rekeys, parts ordering, parts delivery, and maintaining the organization of the shop and parking areas.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Conduct quality control inspections on turnovers to ensure property standards are met by technicians and vendors. </li><li>Perform periodic quality control inspections on completed service calls, providing feedback to the General Manager. </li><li>Process work orders for rekeying units as required. </li><li>Manage parts ordering and deliver parts to properties as needed. </li><li>Assist with quarterly inventory counts on vans and stockroom. </li><li>Coordinate equipment needs at site locations, vans, stockroom, and the shop. </li></ul> <p>What We Provide</p> <ul> <li>Competitive salary </li><li>Your choice of two different medical plan options.
