<p>Accounts Receivable Specialist | Utilimaster | Bristol, IN (Main)</p> <p>Regular Employee | Salary Non-Exempt</p> <p>Overview</p> <p>As the Accounts Receivable Specialist for Utilimaster (An Aebi Schmidt Brand) based in Bristol, IN, you will be accountable for invoice management, collections, and customer account maintenance. You will also be instrumental for ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and providing administrative support to the accounting team.</p> <p>Core Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Prepare and send accurate invoices and process daily invoices and credits </li><li>Follow up on past-due accounts, document collection efforts, and update aging reports </li><li>Process deposits (check, cash, ACH) and maintain customer database </li><li>Manage credit applications and maintain A/R files </li><li>Email monthly statements and close A/R promptly after month-end </li><li>Provide backup reception and general office support as needed </li><li>Responsible for company owned vehicle registrations </li><li>Assist with special projects and clerical tasks </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma or GED </li><li>3+ years in Accounts Receivable or experience in a similar accounting role </li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate skills in Excel, preferred </li><li>Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines </li><li>Typing speed of 45 wpm </li></ul> <p>What Makes You Stand Out</p> <ul> <li>Associate or bachelor's degree in business or finance </li><li>Experience with AS400 </li></ul> <p>Why The Shyft Group?</p> <p>Our people are our greatest asset, and your success is our success!
