<p>We are looking to hire a 1st Shift Custodial Worker to join our Luxco team in St. Louis, MO. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and safe manufacturing facility with office spaces. Primary duties include cleaning/sanitizing work areas, proper disposal, and minor maintenance tasks.</p> <p>What will you do?</p> <ul> <li>Maintain floor cleanliness by sweeping, scrubbing, mopping, and/or waxing. </li><li>Clean and sanitize bathrooms. Refill necessary supplies as needed. </li><li>Empty and clean trash receptacles and dispose of trash into compactor/ dumpster. </li><li>Collect cardboard and plastic film for recycling. </li><li>Safely operate custodial equipment, including floor scrubbers, vacuums, balers, and trash compactors. </li></ul> <p>What do you need to bring to the table?</p> <ul> <li>Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Follow and understand verbal and written instructions. </li><li>Must be able to lift 40lbs overhead. </li><li>Ability to stand, walk, or bend for extended period. </li><li>Capable of climbing ladders and working from heights. </li></ul> <p>Who are we?</p> <p>MGP Ingredients is a leading supplier of premium distilled spirits and food ingredient solutions.
