<p>Your Impact:</p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to accurately manage and process vendor invoices, ensure timely payments, and maintain positive vendor relationships. This is an entry-level position that will allow for growth within the accounting team.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Review, verify, and process vendor invoices in a timely and accurate manner </li><li>Prepare and execute weekly payment runs </li><li>Reconcile vendor statements and respond to vendor inquiries </li><li>Investigate and resolve discrepancies with vendors and internal teams </li><li>Assist with month-end closing activities, including accruals and reconciliations </li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls </li><li>Identify opportunities to improve AP processes and efficiency </li></ul> <p>What It Takes:</p> <ul> <li>Associate's degree in accounting or related field preferred </li><li>1-3 years of accounts payable or general accounting experience </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (Dynamics 365 preferred) </li><li>Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail </li><li>Effective analytical and problem-solving skills </li><li>Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple responsibilities effectively </li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and internal partners, in both written and verbal formats </li></ul> <p>What We Can Offer You:</p> <p>Benefits are the game changer!
