<p>Warehouse Supervisor, Logistics / Operations</p> <p>Location: San Carlos / Palo Alto, CA (on-site)</p> <p>Shift: Monday - Friday + Occasional Weekends, 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM</p> <p>About 1X</p> <p>We build humanoid robots that work alongside people to solve labor shortages and create abundance.</p> <p>Role Summary</p> <p>Oversee daily warehouse operations to ensure smooth receiving, storage, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. Lead a team to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency while driving continuous improvement in logistics performance.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li> <p>Supervise and coordinate warehouse staff, providing training, coaching, and feedback.</p> </li><li> <p>Manage all warehouse activities including receiving, putaway, order fulfillment, and shipping.</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and variance resolution.</p> </li><li> <p>Monitor key metrics such as order accuracy, throughput, and shrinkage.</p> </li><li> <p>Identify and implement process improvements to optimize workflow and reduce cost.</p> </li><li> <p>Enforce safety standards and warehouse policies.</p> </li><li> <p>Collaborate with logistics, procurement, and production teams to meet operational goals.</p> </li><li> <p>Resolve day-to-day issues related to staffing, scheduling, and equipment.</p> </li></ul>
