<p>Overview</p> <p>We are seeking an entry-level Day Porter/Custodian to join our Jeffersonville Indiana team at IST Management! This is a direct hire, full-time position with IST Management, with the opportunity for advancement into site management roles and beyond. Prior reception experience in any type of office environment is a huge plus!</p> <p>Schedule: Regular business hours Monday-Friday, tentatively 9:00AM-6:00PM, occasional overtime - no weekends!</p> <p>Compensation: $16.00 - $16.00 per hour DOE</p> <p>Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, STD, LTD, Life, 401k, Paid Time Off, and Bonus Incentives!</p> <p>IST Management Services is the fastest-growing, national, facilities management company in the industry. Evenings FREE!</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>The Day Porter/Custodian position will work with the on-site IST Management team and customer to provide office support to employees and guests. Other responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Cleaning of common area glass doors/windows </li><li>Inspect the building and its components on a regular basis, identify and prioritize necessary cleaning and repair activities, and report safety and security concerns. </li><li>Maintain kitchen area, make coffee, supply food and snack items </li><li>Stock and Clean bathroom areas daily (soap, paper dispensers, toilet paper) </li><li>Spot mop as needed ; Light facilities as needed </li><li>Set-up conference room meetings as needed; Break down, clean up after conferences </li><li>Replenish supplies in all breakroom areas; Ensure office supplies and support areas are ready for daily operations </li><li>Other duties as assigned </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Ideal candidates have prior customer service experience, are a team player and are willing to train! Other qualifications include:</p> <ul> <li>Authorization to work for any employer in the US, high school diploma or GED required.
