You'll gain practical knowledge and get trained by experts in a variety of fields.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Our internship provides an opportunity to rotate through multiple departments, so you can learn a little bit of everything:</p> <ul> <li>Turf: Learn how to care for lawns through fertilization, weed and insect control, and disease management. </li><li>Irrigation: Service and repair irrigation systems to keep landscapes healthy and green. </li><li>Landscape/ Landscape Design: Help create stunning outdoor living spaces for our clients. </li><li>Pruning & Tree Protection: Work with expert arborists and pruners to master tree and shrub care techniques. </li><li>Client Communication: Engage directly with clients, providing excellent customer service and gaining real-world communication experience. </li></ul> <p>Requirements</p> <p>This is a physical, hands-on role, so come ready to work! We're looking for students who are:</p> <ul> <li>Ambitious & Eager to Learn: You should be a self-starter who is passionate about learning and growing in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Academically Inclined: While we prefer students studying Horticulture, Forestry, Landscape Management, Agriculture, or Business, all majors are welcome to apply! </li><li>Physically Ready: This role requires you to be outdoors and active. You should be able to lift 50 pounds and walk up to 3 miles a day. </li><li>Licensed: A valid driver's license is required. </li></ul>
