<p>Job Description:</p> <ul> <li>Perform all duties on the work schedule as assigned by supervisors in an effective and timely manner </li><li>Assist co-workers as needed </li><li>Inform the supervisor of needed supplies and equipment </li><li>Keep assigned equipment in clean working order </li><li>Respond to emergency cleanup such as spills; report needs for maintenance, repair, and safety issues </li><li>Report safety, sanitary, and fire hazards to the supervisor; report and recommend the need for maintenance repairs to the supervisor; maintain security of buildings; report suspicious or unauthorized individuals on campus; report infractions of rules to the supervisor </li><li>Be willing to obtain additional training in areas not familiar and as required by the position </li><li>Perform duties consistent with the position as may be requested by teachers, Assistant Principals, and Principals </li></ul> <p>Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:</p> <ul> <li>High School diploma or GED </li><li>No previous work experience required, but preferred </li><li>Ability to understand and communicate verbal and written instructions in the English language </li></ul> <p>Working Conditions:</p> <ul> <li>Work involves moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, bodily fluids, unpleasant odors, and/or loud noises </li><li>Requires frequent intervals of considerable physical activity. Requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, stooping, and crouching </li><li>Requires heavy physical work (more than 90% of the position); heavy lifting, pushing, or pulling of objects required, must be able to perform without restrictions </li></ul> <p>Compensation: $15.03 an hour</p> <p>3-paid days</p> <p>2-sick</p> <p>1-personal</p>
