<p>General Purpose</p> <p>Responsible for providing support to the Human Resources department in a variety of activities, processes, and initiatives.</p> <p>Job Duties and Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Assist with communications such as: monthly newsletter, weekly announcements, and miscellaneous communications. </li><li>Conduct hourly phone screens, create new hire folders, and participate in new hire orientations. </li><li>Conduct employee roundtables and stay interviews to gather feedback, track, and report out on trends. </li><li>Assisting in upkeep and filing of HR documents. </li><li>Facilities support as needed including organizing storage rooms, employee training room, employee locker rooms and lunchroom. Ensuring space is utilized efficiently and inviting to our internal and external customers. </li><li>Providing executive administrative support as needed. </li><li>Special, real-time projects as assigned. </li></ul> <p>Work Environment and Schedule</p> <ul> <li>20-25 hours a week / $17.00 per hour </li><li>On-site </li><li>Professional, office environment </li><li>Availability - Immediate </li></ul> <p>Education and Experience</p> <ul> <li>Working towards Bachelor's degree in Human Resources </li></ul> <p>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</p> <ul> <li>Ability to demonstrate professional written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Ability to build relationships and interface with all levels of individuals, internal and external to the organization. </li><li>Ability to multi-task, work independently and within a team. </li><li>Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, initiative, and follow up. </li><li>Basic level experience working with Microsoft Office products (Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint) </li></ul> <p>An Equal Opportunity Employer</p>
