Together, we can make an impact and build something exceptional for our customers, families, communities, and each other.</p> <p>Job Summary</p> <p>The Network Solutions Support Technician provides customers technical support with IT and OT systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of hardware, software, and connectivity to ensure reliable and secure operations</p> <p>Essential Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points) </li><li>Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues. </li><li>Provide Tier 1 support for network-related incidents; escalate issues as appropriate. </li><li>Maintain accurate documentation of configurations and procedures for customer and internal teams. </li><li>Assist with network upgrades and patch management. </li><li>Exhibit a working knowledge of network security best practices and work diligently to protect our customer's intellectual property. </li><li>Respond promptly and professionally to customer and sales force inquiries via telephone and email. </li><li>Train customers in the proper use and deployment of supplied equipment and services. </li><li>Advise Product & Services team and vendor partners regarding product issues that are discovered through deployments or technical support calls with customers. </li><li>Provide on-call/ after-hours support as required. </li></ul> <p>Required Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Associate or bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, computer information systems, computer networking or other related discipline is required. Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. </li><li>1-2 years of experience in IT support or networking is required. </li><li>Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Strong communication and documentation abilities. </li><li>Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. </li><li>Must have and maintain a valid driver's license. </li><li>Ability to travel regularly through assigned territory.
