<p>Creation Technologies is seeking dependable, self-motivated conformal coat touch up operator that can perform a variety of tasks assigned within a PCBA manufacturing facility.</p> <p>Skills & Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>Have the ability to self-direct work by pulling the correct work instructions, review and follow work instructions and other production documentation. </li><li>Must be detail oriented and be able to determine compliant versus discrepant product. </li><li>Operator will be required to look at product under magnification as part of work day. </li><li>Operator is responsible for utilizing good cleanliness practices and housekeeping activities to minimize contamination within the workspace. </li><li>The ability to effectively communicate and be an integral part of a dynamic team. </li><li>Ensures a safe working environment by conforming to all safety guidelines including, but not limited to, wearing required personal protective equipment (PPE) as needed. </li></ul> <p>Must be 18 years or older.</p> <p>Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Green Card Holder.</p> <p>Creation Technologies will require all new hires to be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 by their start date, unless they have an approved exemption.</p>
