Plays a key role in the assimilation of all new employees in the facility and assures competencies are completed timely and thoroughly and that any necessary follow up is completed.</p> <p>Responsibilities and Duties:</p> <ul> <li>Assess training and development needs through surveys, interviews, and consultations with managers. </li><li>Design and implement training programs that align with organizational goals. </li><li>Coordinate and schedule training sessions, including logistics and materials. </li><li>Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments. </li><li>Manage and track training budgets and expenses. </li><li>Conduct orientation sessions for new hires. </li><li>Oversee the implementation of e-learning courses. </li><li>Provide coaching and mentoring to staff. </li><li>Update and maintain training records and documentation. </li><li>Collaborate with external trainers and consultants as needed. </li></ul> <p>Qualification and Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Proven experience in a staff development or training role. </li><li>Familiarity with e-learning platforms and tools. </li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. </li><li>Excellent communication and presentation abilities. </li><li>Experience with budgeting and financial management. </li><li>Knowledge of adult learning theories and instructional design. </li><li>Ability to lead and motivate a team. </li><li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in training and development. </li><li>Strong organizational and multitasking skills. </li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and training software. </li><li>Ability to assess training needs and develop effective programs. </li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills. </li><li>Interpersonal skills for interacting with staff at all levels. </li><li>Attention to detail and ability to work independently. </li><li>Commitment to continuous learning and professional development. </li></ul> <p>GENEROUS SIGN-ON BONUS FOR QUALIFED RN!!</p>
