Every year, our technologies help save approximately 37,000 lives and prevent over 600,000 injuries.</p> <p>If you're looking for a career where you can make a real impact, join our dynamic and growing team.</p> <p>Now Hiring: Processing Associates - A Shift</p> <p>Shift Schedule:</p> <ul> <li>Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and every other Thursday </li><li>5:30 AM to 5:30 PM </li></ul> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Operate and monitor production machinery and equipment </li><li>Assemble products in accordance with strict quality standards </li><li>Perform quality inspections and promptly report any defects </li><li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment </li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures </li><li>Collaborate with team members to meet production targets </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent (preferred not required) </li><li>No prior experience needed-we provide on-the-job training </li><li>Ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently </li><li>Strong attention to detail and focus on quality </li><li>Good communication and teamwork skills </li><li>Physical ability to lift/move 25-50 lbs </li><li>Must be minimum of 18 years of age </li><li>Per the Safe Explosives Act of 2002, applicants must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident </li></ul> <p>What We Offer:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive starting wage: $22.85/hour DOE </li><li>Day-one benefits including health, dental, and vision insurance </li><li>Generous paid time off and 12 paid holidays </li><li>Opportunities for career growth and advancement </li><li>Inclusive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace </li></ul> <p>Autoliv is an equal opportunity employer.
