This position is considered remote which means it does not require job duties be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. We invest in a robust Total Rewards package that includes everything from generous PTO, a flexible work environment, expanded parental leave, extensive learning & development, and even paid time off for employees to volunteer.</p> <p>YOUR ROLE.</p> <p>Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To</p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage the Alteryx team, overseeing workflow development projects from inception to deployment. </li><li>Develop and implement strategic data solutions that support enterprise-wide goals. </li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate Alteryx solutions into broader business processes. </li><li>Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and KPIs. </li><li>Design, develop, and optimize workflows for data preparation, blending, and advanced analytics. </li><li>Promote best practices in Alteryx development, including documentation, testing, and version control. </li><li>Integrate Alteryx with platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, SQL Server, and cloud data warehouses. </li><li>Mentor and coach team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation. </li><li>Monitor workflow performance and troubleshoot data quality or processing issues. </li><li>Stay current with Alteryx updates, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation. </li></ul> <p>Your Experience.</p> <p>The successful candidate will have:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field. </li><li>5+ years of experience in Alteryx development, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role. </li><li>Alteryx Core and Advanced certifications required. </li><li>Strong proficiency in Alteryx Designer and Server. Experience with Connect is a plus. </li><li>Experience with SQL, Python, R, Java Script, VBA and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI). </li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). </li><li>Familiarity with ETL tools and data governance frameworks. </li><li>Knowledge of Agile methodologies. </li><li>Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. </li><li>Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. </li></ul> <p>In addition, please take a moment to review our Universal Job Standards.</p> <p>Studies have shown that we are less likely to apply to jobs unless we meet every single qualification. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
