<p>Recruiting & Candidate Support</p> <ul> <li>Assist with updating job descriptions and posting open positions on job boards, internal postings, and recruiting platforms </li><li>Review employment applications and resumes to identify candidates who meet basic qualifications </li><li>Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview panels </li><li>Communicate professionally with candidates regarding application status, interview details, and next steps </li><li>Maintain accurate candidate records within the applicant tracking system (ATS) or HRIS </li><li>Support recruiting events, job fairs, and hiring initiatives as assigned </li></ul> <p>Onboarding & Pre-Employment Support</p> <ul> <li> <p>Assist with preparing new-hire onboarding materials and orientation packets</p> </li><li> <p>Track completion of pre-employment requirements, including background checks, drug screens, and employment authorization documentation</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure new-hire paperwork is completed accurately and submitted in a timely manner</p> </li><li> <p>Support new-hire orientation sessions and onboarding activities, including leading orientation as needed</p> </li><li> <p>Administrative & HR Support</p> </li><li> <p>Maintain recruiting and onboarding spreadsheets, logs, and reports</p> </li><li> <p>Prepare routine recruiting reports, metrics, and hiring summaries</p> </li><li> <p>Assist with data entry and record maintenance within HR systems</p> </li><li> <p>Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee and candidate information</p> </li><li> <p>Support HR projects related to recruiting process improvement, training, and employee engagement</p> </li><li> <p>Collaboration & Communication</p> </li><li> <p>Partner with hiring managers to support staffing needs and scheduling requirements</p> </li><li> <p>Communicate effectively with internal departments and external candidates</p> </li><li> <p>Escalate issues or delays appropriately to HR leadership</p> </li><li> <p>Support Front Desk by filling responsibilities when position is vacant</p> </li><li> <p>Support Key projects to Human Resources department as needed</p> </li><li></li><li> <p>Knowledge and Skill</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to read and interpret documents such as employee policies and procedures, handbooks, and benefit information.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong organizational and time-management skills</p> </li><li> <p>Professional written and verbal communication skills</p> </li><li> <p></p> </li><li>Bi-Lingual - Professional Spanish Proficiency <p></p> </li><li> <p>Attention to detail and accuracy</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to handle confidential information with discretion</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or HRIS preferred</p> </li><li> <p>Enjoys working as part of a team</p> </li></ul>
