But if you like the chaos of creation, read on.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <ul> <li>Build and execute recruitment campaigns at scale, across multiple countries and departments. </li><li>Own the entire hiring funnel, from sourcing to offer. And do it again. And again. </li><li>Actively over-hire to build depth, absorb attrition, and prep for the next growth wave. </li><li>Source from the public, not just job boards. Events, communities, smart networks. You know how. </li><li>Implement and optimize workflows using tools like Workable and TestGorilla, but never hide behind them. </li><li>Keep the pipeline full. Empty pipelines mean empty results. </li><li>Align with hiring managers without losing momentum, recruitment is a daily executive function here. </li></ul>
