<p>Job Details</p> <p>Division: Kirby Building Systems LLC</p> <p>Location: Portland, TN, United States</p> <p>Reports to: Detailing Supervisor</p> <p>Supervises: Detailing Group</p> <p>Desired Start Date: 02 JUNE 2025</p> <p>Basic Job Functions: Responsibilities of the Detailing Group Leader include, but not limited to:</p> <p>Effectively leading a team of Detailers by providing direction, instruction, and guidance. Ensuring project schedules and deadlines are met. Continual communication with other Detailing Group Leaders, Scheduler, Trainer, and teams throughout the division. Along with the Supervisor, the Detailing Group Leader offers team and teammate development, direction, and feedback opportunities by:</p> <p>Setting expectations for progress, productivity, quality, participation, and conduct (qualify, efficiency, work, habits, overtime, etc.). Maximize department effectiveness through mentoring, coaching, and leading individuals to realize and leverage their full potential. Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and training teammates.</p> <p>Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
