We are currently searching for a Part Time Groundskeeper to work at the Caraway Apartments located in Denver, CO.</p> <p>Essential Duties and Responsibilities:</p> <ol> <li> <p>Clean grounds on a continuous, daily basis.</p> </li><li> <p>Responsible for the exterior curb appeal and cleanliness.</p> </li><li> <p>Report any physical damage or concerns about the exterior to the Property Manager.</p> </li><li> <p>Light maintenance improvements as necessary to physical exterior.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist office staff with special leasing programs involving the exterior of the property.</p> </li><li> <p>Assist residents with special needs.</p> </li><li> <p>Demonstrate ability to resolve physical problems for the community good.</p> </li><li> <p>Help create and maintain at all times a company direction designed to develop loyalty, team spirit and unity of all Envolve personnel.</p> </li><li> <p>Other duties as assigned, which employee is capable of performing.</p> </li></ol> <p>Education and Work Experience Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High School Diploma / GED </li><li>2+ years of grounds experience preferred </li><li>Multifamily experience preferred </li></ul> <p>Pay Range: $21.00 - $23.00 Per Hour</p> <p>EOE Minorities/Female/Disabled/Veterans</p> <p>Background Screening and Drug Test Required.</p>
