The successful candidate will play a critical role in the integration and implementation of Zero Trust architectures within a Collaborative Partner Environment (CPE). This position requires a deep understanding of cybersecurity principles, systems integration, and secure communications within a multi-national defense context.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>System Integration: Lead the integration of Zero Trust architectures into existing and new systems within the Coalition Partner Environment, ensuring seamless interoperability and security compliance. </li><li>Technical Leadership: Provide technical expertise and guidance in the design, implementation, and management of secure communication systems. </li><li>Collaboration: Work closely with coalition partners, government stakeholders, and internal teams to align integration efforts with strategic objectives. </li><li>Security Compliance: Ensure all systems and integrations comply with relevant security standards and regulations, including NIST, DoD, and other applicable frameworks. </li><li>Problem Solving: Identify and resolve integration issues, leveraging strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. </li><li>Documentation: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for integration processes, configurations, and system modifications. </li><li>Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry best practices to continuously enhance system integration methodologies. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Education & Experience:</p> </li><li> <p>Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) with 10+ years of relevant experience, OR</p> </li><li> <p>High School Diploma (HS/GED) with 15 years of relevant experience, OR</p> </li><li> <p>Associate's degree (AA/AS) with 12 years of relevant experience, OR</p> </li><li> <p>Master's degree (MS) with 5 years of relevant experience.</p> </li><li> <p>Security Clearance: Current TS/SCI eligibility is required.</p> </li><li> <p>Technical Skills:</p> </li><li> <p>Proficiency in Zero Trust architectures and principles.</p> </li><li> <p>Experience with network protocols, secure communications, and encryption technologies.</p> </li><li> <p>Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST, ISO, and DoD guidelines.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong understanding of systems engineering and integration processes.</p> </li><li> <p>Soft Skills:</p> </li><li> <p>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</p> </li><li> <p>Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-national defense environment.</p> </li><li> <p>Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.</p> </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Experience working within a Collaborative Partner Environment or similar multi-national defense context. </li><li>Certifications such as CISSP, CCNP, or equivalent. </li><li>Familiarity with cloud computing environments and services. </li></ul>
