The Cross Carline and Project Engineering Team is a critical part of the vehicle development with responsibly to ensure overall program level feasibility and target setting. Working with cross-functional leadership, the CCL Planning Manager is responsible for the achievement of project timing, labor and investment objectives of the vehicle.</p> <p>Job responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Implements and coordinates the general and detailed (by phase) scheduling of the project /program to ensure timing consistency in execution </li><li>Ensures that labor, validation, and prototype financial targets are achieved </li><li>Create / manage bulletins and bulletin responses </li><li>Manages vehicle build plan and delivery to support vehicle validation requirements </li><li>Manages the commercial launch plan (volumes and dates) with the brand(s), the plant(s) and the chasing department </li></ul> <p>Basic Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering or equivalent from an ABET accredited or equivalent program </li><li>8 years of engineering experience </li><li>Experience in team leadership and cross-functional coordination </li><li>Experience and understanding of the vehicle cost process (SCIE / VCE) Program lifecycle experience </li><li>Experience in resident/quality engineering a plus Very strong presentational / communication skills Prowess in Microsoft Office applications </li><li>Strong ability to manage and direct budget matters Strong time management skills </li></ul> <p>Preferred Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Master of Science or Master of Business from an ABET accredited university </li><li>Leadership experience and training </li><li>Experience in various BICEEP discipline </li></ul>
