The company is headquartered in New York, with a global team of nearly 1,800 people in 36 countries.</p> <p>For more information, visit www.teads.com.</p> <p>About the position</p> <p>As an Account Executive at Teads for our Performance DSP product, you will play a key role in scaling our performance advertising business. This is a strategic, client-facing position focused on acquiring and growing direct advertiser relationships across performance-driven verticals - including affiliate marketing, lead generation, content arbitrage, and search arbitrage.</p> <p>Your mission will be to drive adoption of Teads' powerful programmatic platform among performance marketers who are laser-focused on conversion KPIs such as CPL, CPA, ROAS, and CPI. You'll leverage your deep AdTech experience to articulate how our platform's targeting, optimization, and traffic quality capabilities translate to real business results.</p> <p>You'll work closely with internal product, account management, and technical teams to ensure a seamless experience for new clients - from prospecting and onboarding to scaling spend and delivering ongoing performance. This role demands a proactive hunter mindset, a strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem, and a passion for solving advertisers' goals through data-driven solutions.</p> <p>What will you do?</p> <ul> <li>Build and manage a pipeline of direct advertisers and performance marketers globally. </li><li>Drive new business through outreach, networking, and platform demos. </li><li>Understand client KPIs (CPL, CPA, ROAS, CPI) and pitch value propositions accordingly. </li><li>Collaborate with account management and tech teams to ensure seamless onboarding and campaign success. </li><li>Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programmatic trends, competitor offerings, and client needs. </li><li>Meet and exceed revenue targets and business development goals. </li></ul> <p>What will you bring to the team?</p> <ul> <li>3+ years in AdTech, preferably at a DSP or demand platform. </li><li>Experience working with performance marketing clients (affiliate networks, lead gen, arbitrage). </li><li>Strong understanding of performance advertiser goals: CPL, CPA, ROAS, CPI, RPC. </li><li>Proven sales track record in the digital advertising or programmatic space. </li><li>Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. </li><li>High proficiency in English (spoken and written) is a must. </li><li>Familiarity with RTB, SSPs, and campaign optimization.. </li></ul> <p>Big Plus:</p> <ul> <li>Existing network of affiliates and performance advertisers. </li><li>Experience selling to or working with performance agencies and affiliate networks. </li><li>Understanding of postback integrations and conversion tracking flows. </li></ul> <p>The pay range for this position is USD $90,000 to $110,000 annually including on target earnings. The actual amount offered may be higher or lower, based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities.
