You'll work on real projects with real teams for real clients.</p> <p>What You'll Do</p> <p>Partner with account, creative, strategy, media, and production teams to keep projects running smoothly</p> <p>Assist with building timelines, tracking deliverables, and maintaining project documentation</p> <p>Support scope development, estimates, and budget tracking</p> <p>Help monitor hours, burn rates, and financial reporting across active projects</p> <p>Participate in project kickoffs, status meetings, and internal reviews</p> <p>Identify risks, flag potential bottlenecks, and help propose solutions</p> <p>Learn how agency workflow systems operate and support operational best practices</p> <p>Contribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency and collaboration</p> <p>Who You Are</p> <p>A rising junior, senior, recent grad, or graduate student pursuing business, finance, marketing, operations, communications, or a related field</p> <p>Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong time management skills</p> <p>Comfortable working with numbers, budgets, and spreadsheets</p> <p>A clear communicator who can balance diplomacy with directness</p> <p>Naturally proactive - you anticipate issues before they become problems</p> <p>Interested in how creative ideas connect to timelines, resourcing, and financial realities</p> <p>Collaborative, adaptable, and energized by fast-paced environments</p> <p>What You'll Gain</p> <p>Hands-on experience managing real agency projects and financial workflows</p> <p>Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and revenue tracking</p> <p>A deeper understanding of how agencies operate from both project management and finance perspectives</p> <p>Mentorship from experienced project managers and finance leaders</p> <p>Insight into cross-functional collaboration across creative, strategy, and client service teams</p> <p>A strong operational foundation that supports any future path in the industry</p> <p>A network of teammates who will champion your growth</p> <p>Our Point of View</p> <p>We're committed to building a culture that reflects the world we're speaking to.
