Send resume to resumes@healthcarerealty.com.</p> <p>Equal Opportunity and Affirmative Action Employer including Minorities/Women/Veterans/Disabilities</p> <p>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</p> <ul> <li>Licensed HVAC Technician </li><li>Min- D2 State of CT. heating, cooling license. </li><li>310,000 square foot medical building in New Haven CT. </li><li>Certificate for refrigerant reclamation. </li><li>5 to 10 years of commercial office/medical space experience. </li></ul> <p>PROFICIENT IN:</p> <ul> <li>Warm water boiler operation and maintenance. (Gas Fired) </li><li>Warm water heating loops, AHU's, Pumps, Expansion Tanks, Etc… </li><li>High and Low voltage electric hot water heaters. </li><li>Water sourced Heat Pumps, DX split AC systems. </li><li>Cooling Tower Operations. </li><li>General knowledge of system controls </li><li>Use of refrigerant leak detection equipment, refrigerant reclamation equipment, refrigerant gauges and most tools of the trade. </li></ul> <p>ADDITIONAL KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:</p> <ul> <li>Emergency generator operations/Transfer Switch, etc </li><li>Fire Life Safety controls and procedures. </li><li>Fire pump operations and controls. </li><li>General building maintenance and upkeep as needed, to include minor lighting repair, plumbing and building maintenance. </li><li>Building Automation </li><li>Ability to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders. </li><li>Completes maintenance and repair records as required. Complete assigned work orders in a timely manner. </li><li>Basic skills with Microsoft Office. Use of laptop computers and smart phone for work order system and email. </li><li>Position requires excellent organization, verbal, written and multi-tasking skills. Must be able to read blueprints. </li><li>Must be self-sufficient, team player but able to work on own. </li><li>On call approximately every 4 weeks, travel to buildings within New Haven County. </li></ul>
