<p>Warehouse Lead</p> <p>Location: New Albany, OH</p> <p>Department: Material Control</p> <p>Join our team as an Warehouse/Material Control Lead and help keep our operations running smoothly and efficiently! You'll lead activity on the shipping/receiving docks, pre-weigh compounding and production floor, and direct the activities of shift employees to support the proprieties of the Material Control Department.</p> <p>What You'll Be Doing:</p> <ul> <li>Perform reviews and reconcile SAP transactions and reports </li><li>Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies in SAP </li><li>Identify, develop and deliver training on SOPs and Work Instructions </li><li>Operates powered industrial equipment (PIT) in accordance with established safety procedures, completes daily checklists and notifies the proper individuals of needed repairs. </li><li>Secures and maintains all necessary safety equipment and follows established safety procedures. </li><li>Supports shipping and receiving by staging material, and loading and unloading trucks. </li><li>Supports production by picking and staging components for production, and processing finished goods into inventory. </li><li>Recommending process improvements for inventory management </li><li>Maintaining clean and compliant work areas per GMP and safety standards </li></ul> <p>What We Need from You:</p> <ul> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience operating powered industrial equipment in a warehouse/manufacturing environment </li><li>SAP experience </li><li>Previous leadership experience strongly preferred </li><li>Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and a positive mindset </li></ul> <p>Why You'll Love It Here:</p> <ul> <li>Competitive wages and bonus potential </li><li>Health, dental, vision, and 401(k) </li><li>11 paid holidays + vacation days </li><li>Immediate openings and growth opportunities </li></ul>
