In this role, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow into larger roles at the plant.</p> <p>The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the plant maintenance programs. This includes but is not limited to the planning of work for the Maintenance group, coordinating of breakdown repairs, as well as, development and implementation of the preventive maintenance program. This should include analyzing inspection data and required repairs in order to determine the economics of replacements or repairs.</p> <p>Key Tasks & Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li> <p>Act as a champion for safety for the site, you will lead safety sessions with the workforce.
