<p>Job#: 3028152</p> <p>Job Description:</p> <p>Apex is seeking a Machine Operator to join a growing company in the Greater Philadelphia area.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Prepare medical devices for coating per customer and quality guidelines </li><li>Measurement conversions required to complete part of this task </li><li>Arrange devices in the machine, monitor device movements throughout the machine process, unload devices and visually inspect for defects </li><li>Create labels and package the final product for shipment </li><li>Assist in resolving equipment issues alongside your team </li><li>Write coating procedures and/or other work instructions </li><li>Record materials used and collect data during the coating process </li></ul> <p>Skills & Requirements:</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma required </li><li>1-2 years' experience preferred in a manufacturing, process development or production environment </li></ul> <p>Critical Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Ability to successfully mix materials, read and understand product specifications and operating procedures for various manufacturing machines </li><li>Ability to measure and inspect products/materials and clearly document all activities </li><li>Capable to conduct performance testing on coated devices </li><li>Ability to prioritize and efficiently complete tasks with consistency and accuracy, often under pressure and/or short deadlines </li><li>Detail oriented, highly organized, capable of completing high quality work </li><li>Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with co-workers as well as work independently </li><li>Computer literacy with Microsoft package, spreadsheet, and e-mail software </li></ul> <p>This is a Permanent Role with great benefits.</p> <p>Only local candidates will be considered.</p> <p>EEO Employer</p> <p>Apex Systems is an equal opportunity employer.
