<p>We're looking for an outgoing, relationship-driven Community Marketing & Sales Ambassador to represent our bakery throughout the local community. With flexible scheduling and full-time or part-time options available, this role focuses on building partnerships with businesses, schools, hospitals, and nonprofit organizations to drive catering, fundraising, and brand awareness. This is an outside sales and community outreach role, not an in-bakery position.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Visit local businesses daily to introduce our bakery and drop off free cake samples </li><li>Develop catering relationships with offices and organizations </li><li>Build and manage school and nonprofit fundraising partnerships </li><li>Coordinate and attend community events and pop-ups </li><li>Follow up on leads and maintain partner relationships </li><li>Track outreach activity and sales results </li><li>Collaborate with bakery management on promotions and initiatives </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Prior outside sales, marketing, hospitality, or fundraising experience preferred </li><li>Comfortable visiting businesses and speaking with decision makers </li><li>Highly outgoing, engaging, and self-motivated </li><li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills </li><li>Reliable transportation required </li><li>Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings/weekends for events </li></ul> <p>Compensation</p> <p>Base pay plus commission.
