We are growing rapidly and looking for high performers at every level to grow with us.</p> <p>POSITION SUMMARY:</p> <p>The ideal candidates for this position are detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on on-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. This role will be responsible for the cleaning and sanitizing of bathrooms, emptying trash and cleaning every other Saturday from 7am -3pm during the Farmers Market.</p> <p>PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:</p> <ul> <li>Performs general field clean-up </li><li>Monitors for spills and clean as needed </li><li>Cleans and maintain all bathrooms (toilets, sinks, floors, restock supplies, etc.) </li><li>Cleans all guest seating </li><li>Facility trash & recycles removal </li><li>Provide courteous and friendly service to all guests provide answers and directions as needed </li><li>Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders </li><li>Remove garbage and recycling during events and prepare bins for daily pick-up </li><li>Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests </li><li>Any additional tasks assigned by management </li></ul> <p>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:</p> <ul> <li>Housekeeping/janitorial/porter experience preferred </li><li>High school diploma/GED required or working towards it </li><li>Willingness to work a variety of shifts </li><li>Ability to work well under minimal supervision </li><li>Capacity to take direction and follow through </li><li>Strong attention to detail </li><li>Must be available to work a flexible schedule, a combination of evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays </li></ul> <p>PHYSICAL DEMANDS:</p> <ul> <li>Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 50 pounds as necessary </li><li>May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time whether indoors or outdoors, and squat, stoop, or bend </li><li>Ability to navigate around the facility for long periods of time </li><li>Facility has intermittent noise </li></ul>
