The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with classroom teachers, curriculum directors, and administrators to provide targeted, data-driven instruction to students who require additional support in mathematics.</p> <p>Key Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Deliver small-group and one-on-one math interventions aligned with district curriculum and state standards. </li><li>Use formative and summative assessment data to identify student needs and monitor progress. </li><li>Collaborate with classroom teachers to co-plan and co-teach lessons that support differentiated instruction. </li><li>Participate in data team meetings and contribute to the development of intervention plans. </li><li>Provide professional development and coaching to staff on effective math instructional strategies. </li><li>Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate regularly with families and staff. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications:</p> <ul> <li>Valid Connecticut teaching certification in Mathematics (029) </li><li>Experience in math intervention or special education preferred. </li><li>Demonstrated knowledge of research-based math intervention strategies and programs. </li><li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to analyze data and adjust instruction accordingly. </li></ul> <p>Enfield Public Schools is committed to instructional excellence and equity.
