You will focus on business development strategies, sales forecasting, financial and operational management for Core States Group's Architecture program for the Convenience market.</p> <p>Responsibilities</p> <ul> <li>Participate in business development which involves attendance at marketing functions, business dinners/events, and cross marketing with other offices. </li><li>Serve as the lead point of contact for clients. </li><li>Prepare and negotiate proposals and contracts with clients and sub-consultants. </li><li>Manage one or numerous Project Architects and Designers, Project and Program Managers. </li><li>Ensure that timelines are met and communicated back to the client. </li><li>Perform efficiency evaluations, profit evaluations and manage the financial aspect for all programs. </li><li>Manage multiple programs with multiple clients simultaneously. </li><li>Coordinate with other Core States Group Directors on multi-disciplined programs. </li><li>Develop, mentor and promote staff. </li><li>Other duties as required. </li></ul> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>We're looking for talented professionals who are eager to grow their skills and contribute to high-quality, meaningful work. The following qualifications will help you succeed in this role:</p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Architecture required </li><li>Architectural Registration required </li><li>10+ years of architecture project and/or program management, preferably with commercial programs such as Convenience stores </li><li>10+ years of experience managing a staff </li></ul> <p>Work Location</p> <p>This is a hybrid position based out of any Core States Group office.
