Day to day responsibilities include but are not limited to: Outgoing calls, Incoming Calls, processing payments, setting up payment plans with individual owners, resolving owner concerns, and working with the Grand Pacific Vacation Services Team to ensure owner satisfaction. With the ability to clearly define, educate and assist Owners in utilizing their benefits</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <p>Candidate should be a self-starter with competitive drive, who can negotiate fairly and professionally. They should be able to handle multiple tasks and a high volume of phone calls. Our associates possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, well organized, positive, competent and adaptable. Associates are well versed in Grand Pacific Resorts Vacation Ownership. Associates exude approachable confidence and are comfortable and effective in performing all duties required of their position. They are responsible for setting and meeting goals without a great deal of supervision. Positive attitude and a team player is a must!</p> <ul> <li>3 years of relevant collections/call center experience. </li><li>Process and set up payment plans </li><li>Work under high pressure situation while demonstrating patience and courtesy to owners </li><li>Demonstrate superior communication and organizational skills </li><li>Proficient computer skills including; internet, Microsoft office (Word, Excel and Email) </li><li>Must perform well independently as well in a team environment </li><li>High energy and a desire to embrace and nurture our culture </li><li>Professional leadership and teamwork skills </li></ul>
