This is an opportunity to lead a talented team of engineers, influence strategic direction, and guide the development of high-impact software in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.</p> <p>What You'll Do:</p> <ul> <li>Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of software engineers by fostering collaboration, promoting technical excellence, and ensuring timely delivery of impactful projects </li><li>Oversee Dynamics 365 development, including customization, configuration, and deployment </li><li>Manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and streamline integrations with iPaaS tools </li><li>Build and implement custom solutions using the Power Platform </li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable, effective technical solutions </li><li>Uphold engineering best practices, maintain high standards for code quality and system performance, troubleshoot complex issues, and stay current with evolving technologies </li></ul> <p>What You'll Bring:</p> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience leading software engineering teams and delivering scalable, high-impact solutions </li><li>You hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field </li><li>You have a strong background in software engineering management, with deep expertise in Dynamics 365, and CI/CD automation using Azure DevOps </li><li>You write clean, efficient code in languages like X++, C#, .NET, JavaScript, and SQL </li><li>You're a strategic leader and problem-solver with a track record of building and supporting high-performing technical teams </li><li>You communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences, helping align teams and drive projects forward </li></ul> <p>Even Better If:</p> <ul> <li>You hold Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 </li><li>You understand modern integration practices and have experience working with iPaaS tools </li><li>You've built custom solutions using the Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI </li><li>You're well-versed in data integration and management tools such as Informatica, Dataverse, Synapse, Azure Data Lake, and BYOD solutions </li></ul>
