<p>Description</p> <p>The Waldinger Corporation has an opportunity for a qualified Construction Project Manager in our Des Moines Office.</p> <p>Job Summary:</p> <p>Responsible for the success of large and complex projects that require strong technical ability and interpersonal skills. Has a knowledge subset and ability to execute on a difficult projects, as well as collaborate with project engineering, field leadership, and other high level leaders for success.</p> <p>Responsibilities:</p> <ul> <li>Project Scope: Coordinates a team and project resources for large and complex projects from initiation to closeout. </li><li>Planning: Facilitates project meetings with the project team, clients, and stakeholders to establish goals and objectives. </li><li>Project Outcomes: Responsible for project outcomes including safety, quality, financial, and client satisfaction. </li><li>Financial Acumen: Monitors and manages the financials of multiple projects simultaneously by creating budgets, allocating resources, mitigating risks, and generating revenue. </li><li>Mentorship: Supports new team members to achieve training and onboarding goals by actively sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights.
