<p>Overview</p> <p>The Resident Concierge helps to check in and check out guests in corporate apartments, maintain vendor relationships, and handle all customer service issues.</p> <p>Qualifications</p> <p>Training/Education</p> <ul> <li>High school diploma or equivalent </li><li>Valid Driver's License and reliable private transportation </li></ul> <p>Experience/Skills</p> <ul> <li>Minimum two years of progressively responsible sales related experience </li><li>Demonstrated excellence in producing promotional materials </li></ul> <p>Responsibilities</p> <p>Essential Functions</p> <ul> <li>Walk all apartments prior to check in and check out and assess damages </li><li>Ensure all apartments meet company standards </li><li>Coordinate housekeeping schedule weekly </li><li>Oversee key check in and check out for large client groups </li><li>Clean, repair, replace broken items and house wares in apartments when needed </li><li>Report maintenance issues or items needed in units </li><li>Deliver miscellaneous items to customers </li><li>Develop and maintain on-site relationships with customers, clients, and vendors </li><li>Daily communication with staff and flexibility for last minute changes needed </li><li>Inspect each unit and take a complete inventory just prior to resident's scheduled move in. . </li><li>Conduct monthly housewares inventory 1x monthly </li><li>Represents the Company in a professional manner at all times. Consistently maintains a professional courteous attitude when dealing with residents, coworkers and the general public </li><li>Help residents obtain their packages in the parcel closet and log appropriately </li><li>Filing </li><li>Sign in package from delivery services </li><li>Manage ammentiy resercations </li><li>Provice information to resiences upon requests for, but not limited to, dining, transportation, dry cleaning, pet sitters, directions etc. </li></ul>
