<p>Electrical Engineering Designer (Retail Facilities)</p> <p>Location: Tulsa, OK | Bentonville, AR | Hybrid | Remote</p> <p>Reports To: Director of Electrical Engineering</p> <p>Team: Electrical Engineering</p> <p>Role Overview</p> <p>Cyntergy is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineering Designer to join our team. In this role, you will</p> <p>design solutions for lighting, power, and electrical distribution systems for our retail clients renovations,</p> <p>expansions, and new facility projects. The ideal candidate brings strong technical knowledge, a passion for</p> <p>design excellence, and the ability to collaborate closely with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients in</p> <p>an integrated team environment.</p> <p>What Youll Do</p> <ul> <li>Be the Electrical discipline lead for assigned projects. </li><li>Design, coordinate, and utilize Revit to produce lighting, power, and electrical distribution construction documents for building and facility projects. </li><li>Develop designs in compliance with applicable industry standards and building codes, including theNEC, energy codes, Life Safety Code, International Codes (I-Codes), and local amendments. </li><li>Perform electrical engineering calculations including voltage drop, load analysis, and fault current.Select and specify electrical equipment. </li><li>Coordinate with clients, architects, and other engineering disciplines to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs. </li><li>Represent the Electrical discipline in project meetings. </li><li>Perform site observations and or evaluate point cloud scans as required to document existing/installed conditions. </li><li>Participate in multi-discipline QC reviews. </li><li>Adhere to project schedules, budgets, and scope of work. </li></ul> <p>Education & Experience</p> <p>Bachelors, Associates, and or vocational degree.</p> <ul> <li>A minimum of three years of experience in electrical engineering design for buildings and facilities is a must. </li></ul> <p>Skills & Qualifications</p> <ul> <li>Proficiency in electrical distribution system, power, and lighting design is a must. </li><li>Proficiency in Revit is a must. </li><li>Knowledge of building, energy, electrical, and life-safety codes. </li><li>Experience with SKM Power Tools or similar software is a plus. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and communication skills. </li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. </li><li>Detail-oriented, collaborative, and client-focused. </li><li>Maintain a positive and professional work environment. </li><li>Professional growth mindset, technical curiosity, and willingness to learn. </li></ul> <p>Why Join Us</p> <ul> <li>Family-friendly, team-oriented culture that values professional development. </li><li>Opportunities to contribute to meaningful, community-focused projects. </li><li>Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits. </li><li>Paid medical and dental coverage </li><li>401K match </li><li>Cyntergy contributes additional funds to employees HSA account </li><li>Paid holidays </li><li>Paid time off </li><li>Paid parental leave </li></ul>
