<p>Position#Summary The Sr. Psychotherapist in addition to performing assessments, providing group and individual therapy to BH mental health clients,# #will provide clinical supervision related to specific job duties to counselor and therapist level staff in the DH program. # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # Primary Position Responsibilities 1. Provide clinical supervision for counselor and therapist level positions in the DH program, assisting with treatment planning and# case conceptualization # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # 2. #Perform assessments, provide individual and group therapy to BH clients in the DH program, will also provide clinical services to other service lines as needed or assigned. # Clinician demonstrates use of evidenced based practices in the provision of care included but not limited to: Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and Universal Screening for SUD # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # 3.##Accurately document client attendance and participation within designated policy timeframes # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # 4.##Maintains JCAHO standards and DMHAS specialty regulations, Medicaid Regulations, and HBH policy # procedure. # # # # # # # # # # # # 5. ##Maintains standards of their respective licensing board. # # # # # # 6.##Maintains departmental productivity standards # # # # Qualifications Minimum Education: Required: Master#s Degree# - Masters of Social Work, Clincial Counseling or Psychology, or related field # # # # Minimum Years of Experience (Amount, Type and Variation): Required: Five years experience working in the mental health field with direct client contact, knowledge of the DSM TR 5, group and individual therapy expertise, knowledge of case management, treatment planning, and demonstrated ability to use evidence based practice. # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # Preferred: Experience in a supervisory role. # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # License, Registry or Certification: Required: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in good standing # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # Preferred: Completion of a 20 hr #NJ State approved Clinical Supervision Course # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # # Knowledge, Skills and/or Abilities: Required: Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills. #Knowledge of mental health diagnosis and treatment planning.
